This product is beautiful to look at. However, we are still trying to get the proper recipes for it. With such a good looking piece I would highly consider adding a recipe book. Disappointed we didn’t get one with it😩

It doesn’t freeze products at all i opened and attempted to use for the first time for a event we were booked at and absolutely this was a full profit loss from 9am-7pm we tried everything I do not recommend I purchased 3 year warranty as well I contacted the seller and I am waiting on reply regarding replacement or something this was not a cheap machine and for what it cost it should work as advertised !!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY DONT FALL FOR THE STARS this works as good as a snoopy Sno cone machine in other words it’s a total waste literally a total waste of money especially for our business *Update * the seller contacted me as said it sound like a temp problem now I asked them to send me a demo showing me however the temp on The unit was set at correct temperature and still no luck I wish I would have opened it soon as it arrived because I for sure would have sent this right back seriously keep shopping around the price is good but that is about all

Came very well packaged. Item is more home use than commercial grade but works. The best thing is the seller is available and reaches out with a response quickly and solves issues right away
