Comfortable for long days on your feet, I keep rebuying these
Iโve bought these a few times now, mainly for travel and days when I know Iโll be walking a lot, and theyโve been really reliable. The Plantar Fasciitis Insoles for Men Women have good arch support without feeling too aggressive. They add noticeable comfort, especially if youโre on your feet all day or walking long distances. Iโve used them on trips where Iโm easily hitting 7 miles, and they make a big difference by the end of the day. They fit well in most of my shoes (size 9 or 9.5), and once theyโre in, they stay in place. Cushioning feels balanced too. Not overly soft, but supportive enough that your feet donโt feel fatigued as quickly. One thing to note is thereโs a short break-in period. They can feel a little firm at first, but after a couple wears they become much more comfortable. For the price, I think theyโre a great value, especially if you deal with foot fatigue or just want extra support for walking and travel. I keep coming back to these for a reason.

Inserts are necessary to help with PF
Reviews for: - Samarai Insoles: FIVE STARS - WalkHero Insoles: FIVE STARS - ValSole Insoles: FIVE STARS - SB Sox PF Relief Socks: FIVE STARS - Koprez PF Sleeve: FOUR STARS - Vibit (purchased directly instead of thru Amazon): THREE STARS - Tisscare foot massager with heat (purchased earlier somewhere else): FIVE STARS My experience with Plantar Fasciitis (PF): Iโm 64, female, retired for one year, and lead an active lifestyle. My normal routine includes a 4-5 mile walk every morning, pickleball 5x per week, and golf when I can. PF symptoms showed up suddenly about two months ago โ suddenly it hurt too much to walk very far and pickleball was excruciating. It affected both feet, but the pain in my right foot was significantly worse. In spite of all the products that promise fast relief, I learned that managing PF is a multi-step process. Here's what worked for me โ in order of implementation: - I threw away five pairs of worn-out running shoes and started wearing my newest pair all the time. - I quit going barefoot and now wear shoes all the time, even inside the house. - I quite wearing dress shoes or sandals (easy for me since Iโm retired). - I started stretching my heels/calves multiple times per day, with and without a step. - I rolled my foot over a frozen water bottle or a small hard plastic ball with spikes on it. The plastic ball seems to work better, and soon I was using it several times per day. - I bought three different pairs of PF insoles so I could use them all the time. I couldnโt really tell any difference between the three brands I tried, but I think the ones with deep heel cups (WalkHero and ValSole) are better, and those are the two I use most of the time. - I bought SB Sox and now wear them on both feet during all waking hours. - I tried the Koprez Sleeve, but found that it was uncomfortable to wear all the time. I tried wearing it on a walk, but it actually became more painful after about ยผ mile. I tried wearing it for pickleball, and it was wonderful. The Koprez Sleeve allows me to keep playing pickleball. - I tried foam rolling my calves. I think it helped, but it was really hard on my arms. So I quit. - I bought the Vibit, hoping that I could use it on my calves as well as my feet. It vibrated as advertised, but it was actually harder to use than a foam roller and it didnโt seem more effective. It felt good on my feet but I couldnโt tell if it helped or not. Following the directions requires 15 minutes per foot dedicated to using the massager (no multi-tasking is possible). I still use it occasionally if I want a few extra minutes without sitting down with the Tisscare, but I donโt think this purchase helped with the PF. I have also used the Vibit for other things (IT band, back, arms), and it offers a nice massage. - I started using a Tisscare foot massager with heat that we already owned. It seemed to help a lot, and it was easy to use as I could just sit there and let the massager do the work on both feet at the same time while I read or used my phone. Iโm still using it 2-3x per day for 20 minutes. Very much worth the money and I will buy it again if it quits working. Results: - It took about four weeks to research, purchase, and start using all the products listed above. During that first four weeks, I quit my morning walks and cut back on pickleball (I could not play two days in a row). Pain was intense, especially after pickleball or at the end of the day. - Within a couple weeks, the morning pain was better, mostly because I stretched and rolled 2-3 times during the night (I wake up anyway). - After putting everything into place (about four weeks), the morning pain was pretty much gone and I started walking two miles in the morning. I still had pain if I played pickleball โ and the pain continued for the rest of the day. - After six weeks, I was able to increase the morning walks to my normal 4-5 miles most days and experienced only minimal pain with pickleball. - Itโs been about eight weeks, and Iโm still continuing to work on it. Pain is minimal and Iโm able to walk 5+ miles and play pickleball!

Work like they should. I'm happy.
This type of insole essentially cured my very painful plantar fasciitis problem a number of years ago. For me they have been just as good as the 10x more expensive ones from the podiatrist. I buy a new set whenever the old ones wear out or I get new shoes. These particular ones are pretty standard PF insoles. There are a lot of other's just like these, but these were a better price when I got them. Good arch support (and I have very high arches), and enough cushion to keep my feet happy when I'm on them all day. They do not squeak when I walk like some other brands do. They are a snug fit in my 10-1/2 Merrells. Might need trimming to get them in a size 10. Yes, I'd definitely get them again.

ood Everyday Support for Flat Feet at a Reasonable Price
For someone with large flat feet and plantar fibromas, these Plantar Fasciitis Relief insoles have worked pretty well for daily use. Theyโve made a noticeable difference in comfort when walking or standing for long periods. Versatility: These insoles fit well in most of my shoes, including sneakers and work shoes. Theyโre easy to move between different pairs, which makes them convenient for everyday use without needing a separate set for each shoe. Flatness: They provide solid arch support that helps reduce strain from flat feet. While they donโt completely โfixโ the issue, they definitely help improve overall comfort and reduce foot fatigue during the day. Replacement: Because of the reasonable price, itโs easy to buy multiple pairs and keep them in different shoes. That makes replacements simple when needed without feeling like youโre overspending. Utility: They are practical for everyday wear. Whether Iโm walking, working, or just on my feet for extended periods, they provide consistent support that makes a noticeable difference. Thickness: They have a moderate thickness that fits nicely in most shoes without making them feel too tight. I havenโt had issues with them crowding my footwear or needing major adjustments. Shock Absorption: They do a decent job absorbing impact when walking on hard surfaces. It helps reduce pressure on the heel and arch, especially during longer days on my feet. Overall, these are a solid, budget-friendly option for anyone dealing with flat feet or plantar-related discomfort. Theyโre not overly fancy, but they get the job done and make everyday movement more comfortable.

Wanted to love
I was born with flat feet and routinely deal with foot/ankle pain. I bought these to wear in my gym shoes hoping to make them more comfortable. They did not and I tried for a few months. I actually feel like it made it worse. Having said that, these might be great for someone with foot arches. Since they are hard on my flat arch I can't recommend. Last time I wore them actually stopped working out to take them out of my shoe so I could complete cardio.

So sturdy, even my podiatrist was impressed! Great for overpronation!
These inserts are surprisingly sturdy! Even my podiatrist was impressed by how well they kept their shape! A lot of cheap shoe inserts lose their shape within a month or two, but these are still going strong for me at the six month mark! As someone who overpronates and has very flat feet, these have helped my ankles feel much better, and do not feel overly bulky and uncomfortable in my shoes!

Good arch support and comfort, but takes some getting used to
These plantar fasciitis insoles provide good arch support and feel supportive, especially when standing or walking for longer periods. They fit well in my shoes and boots, and the sizing matched what was listed. The material feels durable and supportive without being too soft. I did notice that thereโs a short break-in period. At first, they felt a bit firm, but after wearing them for a while, they became more comfortable. They helped reduce foot fatigue during the day, especially when used in work shoes. Used in work boots / sneakers / standing all day. Overall, these are solid orthotic inserts for people who need extra arch support or deal with foot discomfort. Comfort can vary depending on foot shape and shoe type, but theyโre a good option to try if youโre looking for added support.

Good and durable, comparable to big brands
Excellent support, of similar quality to something I paid 4 times more at the podiatrist. I like the deep heel cup, high arch support and the level of stiffness. Better than Sch*** and Spen*** ones I have tried.

Comfortable, good support for flat feet
As a letter carrier with serious flat feet, I was desperatly looking for better feet saver. I own few different orthotic insoles. They are over 550 dollars but too thick even for my 2 size bigger shoes and arch support is too high ( It is customized. so it should be comfortable) when I wear it my ankle is in pain with lots of pressure. This 20 bucks insole help me a lot. Thin and easy to take them out from the shoes. I'm new lettercarrier I walk at least 20k to 30k steps a day. I have new blister everyday and I lost toe nails. I bought some new shoes and I was looking for insoles. I found this insole on amazon for another trial, and It was thin to fit my shoes but so comfortable!! I read another customer's review for durability. I cannot tell it is not durable or not yet cuz I've been using it only 1 week. I found out there is moist under insole so I keep it as in the photo. Print is wearing out but still ok. I try to walk properly as my chiropractor recommand. Walk heel to toe. Reach the heel on the floor first. I ordered second pair too. Hope it last 6 month for each.

Good Quality and Works!
This is the first time I heard of this brand and bought 2 pairs of these insoles. They arrived on time and looked well built with ample support to the arch, which is great for those with flat feet or near flat feet. I worn it for 2 days to work and can feel the support to the arches and heels is there. My job requires me to walk a lot and it provided sufficient support such that my feet do not feel tired and heels painful at the end of the day. Durability wise remains a question as this is my first time using it. Hope they will last.
