Bryan's reivew
These were purchased because I had two new pairs of sketcher slip-ons that were too tight with my Good Feet arch supports due to high insteps. These are a little slimmer and have worked very well. I am able to wear the shoe without any pain. They look good and fit perfectly into my 9 1/2 shoes with no trimming. The support has been excellent, my plantar fasciitis has not acted up when using them. I haven't washed them yet but they look well made and I don't expect to have an issue with that either.

Great for plantar fasciitis!
I ordered a pair for plantar fasciitis, I'm back to get another pair so I'll have them in 2 pairs of shoes. So helpful with relieving pain, makes standing/walking better during the day and the next morning the pain is reduced. Very sturdy! They take up some space in shoes, but fit fine in my shoes that aren't already too tight. I don't even notice they are there except that my feet feel better.

Works great
These work great, they actually fit into the size range of shoe or work boot boot they claim and I like how the size ranges aren’t like 4 at a time and you cut down to where you need. The insole is also super sturdy and well made. Not to mention the support it provides helps relieve the pain in my heels.

Surprisingly Effective – Worth Trying Before the Doctor
I’ve been dealing with outer foot pain on both feet, which I suspect might be tendonitis. Instead of going straight to a medical professional, I decided to give these insoles a try—and I’m glad I did. I bought my first pair in November 2024, and since then, I've replaced the insoles in all my shoes with these. They’ve noticeably reduced my foot pain and provided much-needed arch support, especially for someone with flat feet or high arches. The comfort and support they offer are impressive for the price. So far, so good—no regrets. If you're on the fence or dealing with similar foot pain, I’d definitely recommend giving them a shot before taking more expensive steps.

The arch didn't align with my arch.
I've been sucked in to the high stars and thousands of reviews before, and once again, I've tried semi-rigid arch support inserts and been disappointed yet again. I don't think the arch is too high, but it didn't quite hit the right area of my own arch, so in my test using one of these Walk-Hero supports in one shoe and one by Dr. Scholls in my other shoe, walking 1.5 miles to and from work, I found myself having to walk with a slightly unnatural foot placement in the shoe with these Walk-Hero inserts to avoid actually CAUSING arch strain with each passing step. I can't imagine that everyone's foot shape and arch shape are all the same, so it mystifies me that these inserts can make nearly 70K people this happy, and that there aren't more people who find they don't support quite right and since the arch is rigid, that it actually presses uncomfortably in the wrong shape/area of the arch. It seems obvious to me (again) that I'd have to get custom orthotics if I wanted a rigid arch that actually fits my arch. But am I to conclude that my foot arch is that odd? When I wear the soft cushioned foot inserts by other brands with cushioned arches, I have no such problems, my arches feel supported and fine. I think this is the last time I'll be lured by high ratings to trying another semi-rigid arch support insert!

Pronate/Stability Overview
My type of pain: inside arch and outer side of feet- I have to stop multiple times to stretch my feet & calves. I cant walk more than 1-2 miles at a time. I pronate.Purchased the 8-8.5, my shoe size is an 8.5. I didn’t have to trim any of the insole. It arrived perfect and true to size. I put them in a pair of brooks.PROs- I was able to complete 2 miles with zero stops. They do work for arch support, but I still have the outer edge pain.CONs specific to me- they did not resolve my outer foot pain. I do feel like the height of the arch pushes my foot forward into the toe box. I can feel the top edge of the insole. It isn’t the end of the world, but if I had a choice I’d choose not to feel that.Overall- I like them, they are beneficial. Worth the purchase!

Affordable and they help!
Have now purchased 3 pairs for my daughter whose job requires her to be on her feet and walking for 12 hour shifts, 6 days a week. She wears non-skid Skechers with memory foam but after awhile she feels the concrete floor. She did not have to trim these at all and was able to insert them on top of the foam. They made a huge difference immediately. After wearing them her feet were less tired and achy and she could no longer feel the concrete floor. She now has 3 pairs of Skecher non-skids each with their own insole so she can rotate wearing them. She has recommended them to all of her co-workers and they are pleased too. Well worth the cost, won’t hurt you to try them, they come in options for flat feet, natural arch, and high arch so just order them! You’re feet will thank you!

Solid but could be better.
Well, they worked as they were intended to. I have ordered these insoles for my Nike Mid-top gymnastics shoes as they were quite uncomfortable on my feet after 30 minutes of use, but after I purchased these, they felt much better and improved on the bottom of my feet, and the fitment was perfect with no timing required for my size 11s.That being said, I do have some critiques, however. The first being that it's much firmer than I imagined, I was looking for a near memory foam-like insole, but that wasn't the case, even though it's a VAST improvement from before. I indeed can wear them for a longer time, and here comes the second point: due to the design of the shoe and the insoles, it made the toe area much tighter than I'd like.Overall, their solid and, for what I paid for it, fair to what the product came out to be, it's firmer than what I imagined; however, it beats the base floor of what my shoe had originally. Other than the biased nitpicking that I wanted a softer feel, it does what it intends to do, and definitely worth the consideration of picking it up.
