Pannafix is also useful to absorb the excess liquid fruit in fruit pies. For this purpose one can sprinkle with an envelope of Pannafix the bottom of the cake covered with cream, before Sprinkle the fruit.

Pannafix paneangeli is available in cartons of three sachets of 10 g each useful to mount about 600 ml of cream.
