Great tasting.
I recently got diagnosed with cancer. My treatment includes a low carb diet. I have been hustling looking for sugar alternatives. I love French toast. I substituted Keto bread but what kind of syrup could I use? I tried a couple from the grocery but was disappointed. A good friend turned me on to All-u-Lose Maple flavored syrup. It is an excellent alternative. It makes the Keto bread based French toast taste great and keeps me on my diet.

Bitter and peppery
My Syrlo brand(AMAZING STUFF) is unavailable at the moment so I was forced to choose a different brand. Yuck. My tongue feels a bit numb and my mouth is full of bitterness. This also hurts my stomach, which good Allulose doesn’t do to me. All Allulose is not the same.

The best maple syrup without erythritol or sorbitol, perfect for keto
If you're on a keto/low carb diet, are looking for a maple flavored syrup, and specifically looking for one without erythritol or sorbitol - you've found it. This is the one.Sorbitol gives me stomach issues, and erythritol has had some bad press lately, so allulose is the perfect alternative.Taste-wise, I would say this is satisfactory. I want pancakes with syrup, and this does the job. It doesn't have any weird aftertaste. It's also a little pricey. But for health reasons, this is probably the best you can do.

The best sugar-free maple syrup
This is the fifth sugar-free maple syrup that I have tried and is, by far, the best. I've limited myself to ones with only allulose, monk fruit, or stevia. It tastes just like real maple syrup and it is a bit thinner but not terribly so. Just a little went a long way on my keto pancakes. As expected, it did nothing to my blood glucose. The others I've tried were barely palatable. One, Livlo, does taste exactly like food-service maple syrup (the type you'd get in a cafeteria or at a conference), but it wasn't to my taste.
