After you open the Lid they are on top of the Flaps! English is on the Top Left Flap.. ---- I Needed to Adjust the Brackets to install the Horns on my Truck and Sadly since it CANT Be seen. It tells you NOT to adjust the Bracket it affect the electromagnetical properties and will result in loss of performance and warranty.. AND I MOVED MINE! I AM Pissed off!!! I COULDN'T SEE THIS... **Q: Are these water resistant? Like if they are on an offroad vehicle and get submerged occasionally will they still work?** A: These are more the water resistant. I have used this product for several years on several viechle's including motorcycles that get ridden in the rain several months of the year and have had not breakdown do to water stopping them from working.
