Not sure, but you shouldn't buy this product as it leaks.

Q: Would these work for a cruise?

I don't see why not. Although I have only been on one cruise before and that was in 2007, the rules and protocols may have changed since then. I have heard that the shampoo and conditioner booze smuggling items work best for cruises. And they hold more than these.
