I attempted some spray 2X matte red but it did not look good in matte. I did a light sanding with 600 grit and rolled this flat red on. 2 coats was good. It left me with a 1/2 can remaining. I will hold on to the remainder for touchup. Overall very impressed. Yes it is expensive, but it is quality paint that spreads easy with a 9" roller. After wasting $30 on 2x spray cans, it was well worth $35 to fix it and be done.
