Easy fast and accurate.
Quick, easy and extremely thorough. Changing diet based on my food sensitivity has gotten rid of belly bloat. Worth everything to feel better!

Super interesting test, good if you want to learn more about your intolerances!
I’ve always had a more sensitive stomach and have been curious about potential food intolerances, so when I came across this brand and saw how simple the process was, I decided to give it a try (especially since this was a more affordable option compared to other tests). The process to give a sample was super easy (literally had to ship a few strands of my hair) and all of the required materials were included as well. I got my results in about a week and was surprised to see not just the food intolerances I had, but also the environmental items that I never considered to be sensitive to. I’ve been eliminating a few items from my diet that were listed as “severe” for me, and have been seeing positive results so far. I think this is a good option for people who are curious to learn more about their own body and are looking for an affordable option to do so.

Easy process
Collecting the sample was easy, the anti-static bag helped keep my long hairs in the bag instead of sticking onto my fingers with each time I put another in. The box is neat, it works as branding as well as instructions. You ship the box back to them in a bag that is provided. The process itself is seamless and easy. They give you a code that you insert into their website before mailing it back so you can keep an eye on it. I did and noticed that after they received it they had it processed within a couple of days. As for the results, those were questionable to me. However, this is to be used to suggest what to cut out of your diet.

This is comprehensive and the results were very clear!
This is a very comprehensive test. I was impressed at the amount of items tested and how clear the report was with the results. I've recommended this test to others. For a sensitivity test for this amount of things, the price was well worth it and way cheaper then a Dr visit.

These tests are highly INACCURATE and I have proof!!!
Do NOT BUY THIS TEST. This is a HIGHLY inaccurate test and I have proof. I was all excited to see the results and after seeing my first test, I was shocked at the things it said were "insignificant" that gave me issues in the past and also shocked at the items they said were Level 3 intolerance (the highest intolerance on the test) as those items didn't really bother me. So I became skeptical and ordered another test a week later. I kept my diet and exercise the same and took hair samples from the same place. Only a week later my test results were completely different. About 940 things are checked and out of that total of 940, 286 of my items came back at least 2 levels if not 3 levels different (which is going from insignificant to highly intolerable or vice versa). This is impossible in one week to have 30.4% to not only be different but total opposites. In terms of total accuracy, only 42% of the test came back matching just a week later (so 58% inaccurate). There's no medical reason the test would differ that much besides it being highly inaccurate. I'm working on getting my money back as these 2 tests tell me nothing since they're such opposites.

I am so glad I took this test
I found after I took this simple test that there were things I was eating daily that I had no idea were bad for me. Bovine collagen and egg yolks, for instance. Since I stopped doing that, some of my symptoms disappeared. The test was super simple to do and very easy to read. I highly recommend it.

Easy & Great Way to get Allergy Results
I was shocked how simple this test was. They could not make it any easier! 3 very basic steps to complete and then mail off. I got my results very quickly. I was shocked to see things that did not know I was sensative to and please to have confirmation on items I assumed I was allergic to. They test both food and enviornmental elements and rate them on a scale of 1-3 so you know the "severity" of each.

Pretty Helpful!!
The battery of tests was pretty extensive and I got it due to a number of issues my mom and I were having so I tried it first. The outdoor allergens were pretty spot on and a good number of foods that I love but I know I can’t handle (pears, grapefruit, orange juice). There were several surprises though so I’ll have to think about what changes can be made there. My mom’s issues are worse than mine so I’ll definitely be getting it for her next.

Didn't help me at all.
The process was relatively easy but the results were not super helpful for me. I got back a big list of mostly preservatives and obscure environmental things that I can either not control being around/ingesting very much or just will never ever come in contact with. Also extremely random food results - 3/3 danger, stay away from tomatillos but 0/3 danger, tomatoes are fine. Lots of that sort of thing. I did some elimination of the highest alert items and haven't noticed any improvement/changes in how I feel. For the price of this, I dont think I'd recommend it.
