Very nice E-bikes among these price ranges but a missing part never supplied
Bracket for the rear reflector (#26 per the manual) under the saddle is missing.I requested the part but was told to look up the video. I am not requesting the reflector at the rear hanger (#22 per the manual). Should I return the whole bike to get the missing part? There is no instruction how to ride it with the motor only. I need to know how to ride without pedaling.

Nice and powerful!
I am kinda blown away by this ebike particularly with price, etc. Rode it first time, took in our RV on a vacay and was surprised how powerful it was. In fact, I rode most of the time in 0 bc it was so easy to ride and I was used to my fat tire folding ebike. We bought this one bc sometimes we just want something a little less space consuming. Thought it would be ok but it surpassed my expectations. For the price and what it is, it is really a good buy an d nice little bike. FYI, I weigh 115 lbs and got up a very steep hill in just level 3 but pedaling some also. I never went over level 3 PAS. In fact, the level 1 many times felt too strong for me so I rode on flat ground just in 0. We did have to do some changes to the seat, we took that seat post out and cut it down and put on another more comfy seat, but cut down the post so it would go a little lower as I am only 5 1 and wanted to touch ground all the way.

Love it
Love this bike…it’s a great starter bike, easy to assemble and use! A max speed is 15-18 which is plenty…upgraded to have more flexibility with manual pedal speeds (only one manual speed available)

BIKE WAS USED NOT NEW AND DAMAGED
Hitway Ebike had 12 miles on it so it was used and NOT new. The shaft for bike seat seems like it was cut with a axe. The paint on frame has chipping all over it. The tires were used and completely flat. Front brakes rub on on tire.

Good, but
The battery hold was broken, I didn’t ask for it because I have no time for that

So far so good
The media could not be loaded. I've had this bike for a little over a month now. I originally purchased it after having suffered an e-scooter accident, which brought me to look for a seated electric option. So far I am extremely pleased with this bike. It's not particularly light, but it does seem pretty well built.Pros:- 16" tires make it somewhat compact but still big enough to be ridden by tall adults without looking too funny. I am roughly 5'11 and have adjusted pretty well to this bike.- The display looks WAY better than a lot of budget e-bikes out there.- Back rack ready for any baskets or additional storage- Super comfortable ride- Nice headlights that are bright enough and easy to turn on/off via the displayCons:- The display itself is hard to navigate and especially to configure. Hitway's manuals don't explain how to make adjustments to the screen, so you better look that up on Youtube. I found a video review on this particular bike where the owner shows in details how to change your bike screen from Mph to Kmh/ for example.- Red tailights that come with the bike are AAA-battery powered, which is not ideal - not directly plugged to the bike nor rechargeable. But if you do need something better you can easily by a new set of tail lights and upgrade them.Overall I am pretty happy with this bike having used it for over 1 month so far.A few things to keep in mind - my font breaks did come requiring some adjusting out of the box. When I opened my bike, the front breaks were too tight, stopping the front wheel from spinning properly, so I had to make such adjustment. Also another thing worth noting is that you have 5 levels of electric pedalling assist. Level 1 is the lowest and level 5 the strongest. Even on level 1, if you pedal the bike whil accelerate you quite a bit. So bare in mind that this bike does provide with pretty significant pedal assist, which of course can be turned off.

It is unsafe to lock the electric bike on the road.
I dislike the 16" electric bike without gear to pushup the speed. The bike is unsafe to lock up on the bike rack on the road, it is to get open and damage the bike. I am looking forward to have a pad lock to lock up all the folding areas.

Great Quality
Initial impressions is this is a solid built bike. Felt tight and secure when unfolded and locked in place. Plastic fenders are nice and durable when folded up. My wife is enjoying it very much. Too bad right after we bought it the coupon went up another $50.
