I saw this bat review on various YouTube channels and they were shocked how good it was, neck and neck with $200+ bats. I figured I'd give it a try and WOW. I played my first game with it and was killing the ball. I broke so many bats over the years; expensive MLB ones, cheap ones, Axe bats (broke three of them)... I've tried them all. Honestly, this has the most "pop" out of them all. It has a nice "thunk" echo to it when you hit. There was one slider going away from me, I wristed it off the oppo wall with this bat. Plus, the sweet spot is big on this. It's end-loaded (which I like) but the ball is live off of the a lot wider area than most wood bats. I just stopped using the Axe bats but they had like a three inch sweet spot.Also, for those who don't know, this is more of a narrow grip that tapers nicely to the knob. There's a lot of nice whip action on it.Overall, I really am loving this bat. I honestly came on here to buy a second after my first game with it.

I had high hopes for this bat. I'll tell you the pros and cons now since it is broken. Firstly, it is a good bat. Balls fly off and the sound on hits is like any other maple. Clean, clear, & loud. The sound is amazing.Now for the cons... it broke after about 150 - 200 hits. Flexes a bit compared to solid all 1 piece wood bat.Rawlings does stand by their warranty. Sent me a new replacement with Next Day shipping which is nice of them. However, a new warranty with my replacement doesn't take effect. So, my new bat will probably become a display bat. Hope this helps.

It was great it’s durable

Great bat that my son loves. Sounds great and I think the bat will be as durable as advertised. If you are accustom to a pretty end-loaded 243, this bat will likely swing a bit lighter. The bat has a pretty aggressive cup. My son also likes the knob on this bat and the handle has a nice taper.

Order a bat said cosmetic damage, well it arrived and the damage was much more than cosmetic the bat is cracked and unusable. Should've been listed for sale and should've been thrown in a garbage can. That's what I get for trying to save a few bucks. I'd have to rate ZERO stars if I could.

This bat is so incredibly soft that anytime you hit the ball it’ll leave a seem dent on the barrel. Never seen that before with a wood bat. It has decent pop, but I broke mine after one game hitting a 50mph knuckleball toward the end of the bat. I should have bought a Demarini.

Looks great, but broke after less than 2 months. Much better products out there rather than burning 150 bucks.
