I am almost the world's worst plumber, but even I fitted one of these to replace the original in less than 5 minutes. Just follow the instructions. You don't need to turn off the water - although I did just to be safe.The water will run almost black for a while, so make sure you run enough through before using it to drink.Great tasting water and no horrible scum on my tea.

A fairly priced replacement filter cartridge for under sink use with drinking water tap to go with softener.

Does the job

Fits well on existing filter head by Harvey's. No need to turn off water. Lots of blueish coloured water sput out tap after replacement and no idea what was that! Did flush tap for over 20 ltrs as recomended untill water became clere..... filter a bit shorter compared to the original but I guess its ok for the price - see photos, also, mine came with a complete tap kit, which I wasn't expecting.

only negative is the price otherwise great

Takes chemical taste out of the water

I had to return the last one I ordered because it leaked. I also had to return the one I bought from the plumb2uas a replacement. In the end I spoke to Tapworks, who sent me a good one free of charge.

It does what it should not sure what else I can say about it.
