Great starter Gyro
Good budget Gyro I paired with its brother A50BHL servo. Plug and played beautifully with the servo and reciever. Very lightweight and compact. Haven't been able to power it up yet as I'm still waiting on batteries to come in. Will update review if anything changes.

Works But It Jitters A Lot
Just like the headline says it does it's thing, but it jitters a lot. Well first off I use this gyro for drifting. I have another gyro from a different brand that looks similar to this and that one works well during drifts. Why did I decide to buy this? I just wanted to try this other brand out. Turns out that it is not good for drifting. It may be good for straight speed RCs, but I haven't tried that yet since I have not finished building one. Might use it for that once I finish building it. For now I do not recommend this if you have a drift build. The jittering steering will drive you mad.

It gets the job done.
I have had zero issues with this gyro, works as it should. Small and compact so its easy to mount. Great for the beginner drifter or drag racer. I will be buying a few more of these for sure!

Versatile, effective
I only have limited experience with gyros that are built into receivers up to this point. This gyro is very good and makes a HUGE difference; the car is undriveable without this. This statement is true to all gyros, not just this one, but the purpose is to let the front wheels be active participants in driving, rather than simply foolishly insisting the car try to go exactly the direction they're pointed; it allows the car (the front wheels, specifically) to really grip and keep the line. It's a little incredible how effective it can be. First, you will want to use the 3rd lead so you can change the gain on the fly. I wasted a few weeks adjusting the gain using the pot. on the gyro itself because I wanted to keep my 3rd channel available for another function... It's better to give up the 3rd channel to the gyro, as you may need to adjust it as traction/conditions change. I use it in the normal mode, where it does not dampen the centering of the steering. I prefer this mode. Some fancier gyros will effectively let you change mode with the sensitivity, however this one does not do that. I've learned to use this so gradually that it escapes me what it was I wished I had known when I first got it and was learning it! I'm using it with a digital servo, and having excellent results. There's another gyro on the market very similar to this one that has an analog/digital switch. If you're not sure what kind of servo you're using, it's probably analog, and that gyro may work better for you. I'm using this with a radio that uses a switch for a third channel, rather than a knob. How can you adjust a variable gain using a switch, you may ask? I have Channel 3 low and high set to 30 and 60%, so I can jump from barely any gyro to quite a bit of gyro with the press of a button, and can use channel 3 trim to adjust +/- 30, so I get basically the full range of the gyro from the transmitter and can easily set it high or low without having to painstakingly find the exact position on the knob to set it back to when I need to change it. I actually prefer this to a channel 3 knob! I'd prefer it have jacks on the gyro so I may plug my own leads of any length in, rather than having the fixed leads coming out the side. Minus 1 star for that.

High quality, and great value.
This is a really nice part for the price. Once I got it dialed in, which was pretty easy and quick, it works great. For the price not much else out there can touch it.
