These do not stay cool long at all! They're very thin so they melt fast!

They work for a very short time but honestly wish I had just gone and bought a regular soft ice pack. They're cute and all but not as efficient as I was expecting.

I like these cold packs. They have the gel beads which are soft and don’t freeze like true water ice packs. They are much more comfortable and pliable. My set was actually a teal color versus the pink. I still find it to be an attractive set and color. The packs themselves can be heated in the microwave or frozen. Extremely handy is that the instructions for heating and cooling are right on the pack. This makes them user friendly as I don’t need to keep directions to remember the rules of use in the microwave. The gel packs then can be put into the covers that also come with the set. The covers are incredibly average quality. I will say if your crafty, you could make some homemade ones of your own. While there are two gel packs there are three sleeves. The sleeves will hold up as long as they do. On one hand they will probably only be heavily used right after delivery anyway. They are slim and fit into the underwear area as needed. For the price I think that two reusable gel packs and three sleeves is a good deal. They can be easily cleaned and us mamas know they will need to be.

These would have been great to have after the delivery of our first born. It stays flexible after "freezing" and the pouch it is in helps protect from the welded plastic edge.The product page says it's pink, however, and we certainly didn't get a pink ice pack.

These ice packs are great for postpartum but also for anything else where the shape is useful. The gel works well for hot or cold and is pretty standard. The specialty here is the size and the removable, washable covers. They covers are fine, sufficient and do wash well. The price on this set is also very competitive. I would actually appreciate covers you could attach to underwear but the covers included make these more flexible for other uses besides post partum so I won't ding for that.

Works great for hot and cold. I didn't have any problems with microwaving it and it stayed heated for around an hour and cold for a couple of hours. The covers are easy to wash, and I didn't have any problems with them coming unraveled.

These reusable ice packs are a must have for postpartum moms. Great for helping to reduce swelling and providing pain relief in those first few weeks following childbirth. These are a good size, stay cold for quite some time, and can be used as heat packs too if necessary. Overall recommended!
