I was suffering from this condition called Plantar fasciitis, flat foot, feet pain and discomfort especially while walking, especially working long hours at home, in the kitchen etc. I would especially feel the pain when going to bed at night. Had to undergo several sessions of physiotherapy. Since i have to travel for meetings my feet would get tired enough. It's pain especially at bed time would give me a disturbed sleep. I used it few days now and wow, feel so relieved by it.I also use the accupressure tool and then wear this foot arch and sleep. Within minutes the pain is gone and I am feeling relaxed for a good night sleep.Though the gel pad and the compression elastic cover feels uncomfort initially as it's all new and feels like something is stuck but believe me, when the pain is gone, all these small discomforts are only temporary.
