Hiya the product is good if i hold it on..or tie sumthng around myself. How do you make it more sticky..mine wont stick falls off all the time.

They do stick ok on mine ,you could buy some spare sticky pads and they are quite cheap

I suppose they could but because it sticks to your body with sticky Jel pads not sure ots would be very hygienic

So do these things actually work? I plan on using it as a substitute for sit-ups which give me back pain to the point it takes my breath away

I’ve used them in the past, a slender tone belt and found with continued use it skimmed down my waistline without killing my back doing sit-ups

While it wraps around the waist, does the electrical impulses work around there also?

No there are no pulses on the actual belt that goes around your waist I haven't used it long enough to yet comment on it's effectiveness. But after use l do feel my muscles have done some work
