The item itself was good quality unfortunately it had a slight fault but the company I purchased it from bent over backwards to help excellent company would definitely buy from them again

Works for the most part. lightweight, so easy to move but the lead is too short, it takes forever to heat up and has to be turned upside-down to empty. However it did what I wanted it to.

Heats water but so noisy it can't be used
I have reported it but not heard anything back......I persevered but its so noisy, rattling and banging...I was worried it would blow up so stopped using it. Shame as it worked ok but kept me awake all night if left on for the morning...It was o ly quiet for a very short time...
