Awesome book which talks about presentations style, how to start a restaurant, floor plan & above all tried and tested authentic Kerala recipes. Kudos to the author who has written this book as a journal sparing time from his extremely busy schedule & family life.Truly an amazing experience put into words.

Poor quality book. Large print hence not good content. Sent straight back in disgust

This is a nice book with easy-to-follow recipes from Kerala with a modern approach.the recipes are wonderful and not so complex. Great job
