I recently purchased a rugged portable radio, and I must say, I am extremely satisfied with its performance. From the very beginning, it proved to be user-friendly and efficient. Tuning up the radio was a breeze; it automatically found the main radio stations upon first use, and selecting stations was intuitive and straightforward. The instructions provided were clear and made tuning the radio hassle-free. Additionally, connecting my phone for Bluetooth playback was a breeze, and the connection remained stable throughout my usage, with no disconnections whatsoever. Even manually connecting devices via the Aux socket was a seamless process with no issues encountered. The included USB charger and cable made charging the radio a simple task, and I experienced no problems while operating the radio during charging. One aspect that impressed me was the impressive battery life. I left the radio unplugged for five days to test its endurance, and it managed to run flawlessly for five days on standby, with about four hours of playtime per day, finally depleting on the fifth day. This battery life exceeded my expectations and would easily suffice for my usage. The design of the radio was well thought out, offering ease of use and a sense of security. It felt well-built and sturdy, making it ideal for various environments. My only minor concern was the lack of a visible handle, although it can be carried from the slot at the back. Having a more obvious handle would have been a welcomed addition. When it comes to sound quality, the radio is impressive. It easily fills up a room with clear and rich audio. While I cannot vouch for its performance in larger environments, such as a building site or garage, I can confidently say that it excels in a home or workplace setting. Comparing it to a standard DAB radio, this unit is in a league of its own. It's far more stable and reliable, with superior sound quality and an advanced tuning system. Overall, I highly recommend this rugged portable radio to anyone in need of a durable and excellent-sounding radio for their home or workplace. It has exceeded my expectations in every aspect, and I am confident it will serve others just as well.

Excellent work radio, great signal and great sound quality. Highly recommend, after a full charge it lasts 2 full days and then needed charging again on the 3rd day Tuning different channels is easy enough

I emailed Digifunk for advice regarding reception range of this radio. My query was that I live in St Neots, Cambridgeshire, 20 miles from Cambridge and 30 miles from Peterborough. On match days I could only get Cambridge United coverage, with my ancient radio, on Radio Cambridgeshire when they and Peterborough are both playing. Freeview only lets me receive Cambridge games. I could get it on my car radio but don't want to sit in that for nearly two hours to listen in. I asked about transmission range from Peterborough and received a very quick response. They couldn't answer my question but advised me to get the radio, try it, and if it didn't do what I wanted it to, return it for a full refund. I ordered one on that basis on Wednesday, it was delivered on Thursday and I was able to listen to the POSH match on Saturday afternoon ! Excellent communication from Digifunk. The radio itself is great. Nicely built, light but strong, good tone and easy to set up without even looking at the instruction manual. It will be great to listen to the football whenever I want to and also have it when I am in the garden or greenhouse. I can thoroughly recommend this great little radio Another bonus is it comes with a built in rechargeable battery, unlike it's more expensive eqivalents. It's a no brainer - go for this one.

I have had malwaukee radios Boch in the past and when my malwaukee radio got stolen I looked up this radio and decided to give it a go. It has great sound although I am not into high volume but at half volume it gives great sound and you can manually set your bass and treble it has great choice on Dab better than my car Dab it is well made light compact and simple to use I would have given it 5 however once I started to use my malwaukee battery light it effects the dab annoying but this has to do with frequency which is weird other than that it ticks the boxes especially run time on half volume 16 hours .

Really nice radio for the bathroom. Fits on the window sill perfectly. Water resistant, good tone, simple controls, very good radio reception even with the smaller aerial. (They include an extendable aerial for those in a weak reception area.) Works well as a Bluetooth speaker as well. Compared to mainstream work-site radios (like Bosch, Makita etc), the downside for this one is that the battery isn't exchangeable. Presumably when the battery life shortens too much, you have to throw away the whole radio? Also, the instructions talk about 10 Station Presets, but there are only actually 4 buttons to store them. It doesn't explain that discrepancy. Still, 4 is enough for me. The scrolling DAB information line is frustratingly slow. See my video

Amazing little dab radio, sound quality is amazing, small unit to carry about, easy to set up and store channels etc, price is brilliant compared to a makita dab radio, I purchased a Robert’s dab radio last year for £100 and I returned it as the sound was poor! But this digifunk radio walks all over it

Great little work radio, small enough to drop in work bag/ bucket and has a good battery life once fully charged and loud enough to listen in most circumstances for me when working in customer houses although on site without customers around not sure it’s up to cranking up ready for the weekend 🔊🔊🔊🔊

Guter Empfang, leichte Bedienung, verschiedene Verbindungsvarianten zur Auswahl, sehr robust und der Akku hält ewig, mindestens ein bis zwei Tage, wenn ich den ganzen Tag das Radio laufen lasse. Es ertönt rechtzeitig ein Signal, wenn der Akku geladen werden muss; dies ist problemlos über USB-C möglich und geht recht zügig.
