Bought for my husbands birthday. He loves building models. He particularly enjoys the scale of the model.

Detailed, model goes together well looks good when finished, decals not do good

Sadly yet another Heller let down. Having built the Academy kit of the 2.5 ton truck as the open version with machine gun I decided to get the Heller kit to build the covered cargo version. Wow, what a let down, despite a similar price point the Heller kit is not even a par with a 1960's Airfix vintage classics with woeful poor instructions (almost unreadable due to some bright spark deciding to print the parts in assembly sequence in dark green so you can't see the detailed positioning) & a poorly engineered kit (iffy location points, awkward construction method, soft details).If you want to build this vehicle in 1:72 get the Academy kit (13402), it's streets ahead & comes with a full set of stowage items, the only drawback is the covered version has the cover in the rolled up forward position.
