Good.
This product(40') will be a training staple for me. I find it keeps you smooth and on plain. Recommended.Updated for 2022...I just had my best driving day in years. This swing trainer really helped.

Good for tempo
A little heavier than expected, but it does help with tempo.

Just Buy It!
I have been an avid golfer for some time now and always like to try new products. I will start by saying that I own other swing trainers and have used them with mixed results over the years so I didn't have the highest of expectations for this one. When I first unboxed this item, two things stood out - the lenght of this trainer and the weight. This product is available in 2 lengths, the 40" and the 48". The 48" is slightly longer than other trainers I have tried in the past (and the one I ordered) and several ounces (though noticibly so) heavier. The weight was actually surprising considering the item is advertised as a swiing trainer and and a warm up tool. After unboxing, I went outside and took a few swings. If you are new to golf, be aware that this tool does not come with instructions (nor does it really need any), just use a normal golf swing. The first thing I noticed is that the trailing elbox has no option other than to drop into correct position and create the`lag` affect we are all seeking. You will notice that the weight on the end of the trainer is what causes this. At this point I decided to stick this in my bag and head our for a round of golf. I did not go to the range, I just used this as a warm up tool on the first tee and teed off.I only took a few swings with this on the first tee and several other times throughout the round and noticed a significant difference in my overall swing when using my golf clubs. I have always been a fader as I tend to keep my elbow slightly away from my body. After a few swings with the trainer, that was no longer the case.I have been using this for a couple of weeks now and I cannot recommend this enough. If you are researching a swing trainer or are new to golf, this is definitely something an item you should have in your bag so stop reading and buy it already!

Very heavy and whippy golf swing trainer
This swing trainer is very good to help warm up your body for golf. The head is very heavy and can feel awkward at times, but it definitely helps with the swing tempo. The shaft is very flexible and has a nice whippy action that helps me realize when I’m out of tempo and going over the top. After swinging this trainer, the driver and irons feel very light, so it will help increase your swing speed momentarily. Overall, using this at the range has helped me realize some of my flaws. Now I just need to get more repetitions to get my clubs more on plane and hope to start bombing drives.

LOVE IT
I really love this swing/tempo trainer. I'm still rather new to golf and only get to play once or twice a month right now, but I really love the game. The most frustrating thing, of course, is that I don't play enough to really master my swing, so some days/holes I have a really solid swing and then sometimes I just have trouble repeating that and getting it to line up how I want. AND, since I don't play enough I never really get my swing dialed in. I'd love to play more, but kids and work just don't allow that right now, so something like this trainer is actually a really great way to practice my swing at home. This is also great to warm up before I hit the course, but I also love swinging it in my backyard. It really does help stretch me out and helps me to get my tempo and rhythm down in my swing. It also helps build up those specific swinging muscles which makes swinging my actual clubs feel light and effortless instead of all the effort I felt like I was putting into my swings before. I'm just really having a lot of fun swinging this and trying to nail my swing and be able to repeat it time and time again with this, and, while I've only been back on the course once since I started using this, I definitely noticed my swing was more on point time and time again without as many rogue swings.Really happy with this and looking forward to using it more and more to dial in my swing and keep me in shape between my chances to get out on the green.
