High quality, good price.
Great product at a good price. Multiple orders, consistent quality. Add it to oatmeal or dissolve in water.A great choice for someone who wants to add insoluble fiber to their diet.

Excellent as fiber source!
I use the microcrystalline cellulose powder to add insoluble fiber to my diet. It is easier to take than others I have tried and has no taste or smell. I enjoy it in my morning coffee with milk.

Works like Citrucel
I bought this because Amazon was out of Citrucel. I believe it has the same active ingredient (methylcellulose).Like Citrucel, it will definitely clump up your water or juice if you wait more than a minute before drinking it (which is what it's supposed to do).So far I can't say if I like it better or worse than Citrucel, so I gave it four stars instead of five.Note: this is pure methylcellulose: no color and no flavoring.

This is very good
It’s not entirely pleasant to drink, but it’s very beneficial for the body.

Did not disolve.
I bought this with the intent to make cellulose glue. After letting it sit in water 24 hours with regular whisking and stirring it did not dissolve. It remained a gritty sludge at the bottom of my container. I am glad I did not get it to consume because I have no idea as to what it really is.

My silverfish approves
Recently found a lethargic silverfish on the table and decided to save her from spiders. She ate oats but remained listless. Since feeding her this powder she zips about her favorite spots in her terrarium euphorically. So, if you don't like silverfish, be careful to keep the package completely resealed during storage.

Hit or miss
This cellulose powder is a binding agent. Don't treat it as a thickener. However, you can use it as a filler in capsules. It doesn't seem to have any peculiar smell or taste and it's completely vegan.I tried it with 3 batches of fiber supplements that I normally make. One was made perfectly, just the way I typically make it. However, the other 2 had issues. They had small bubbles and tiny clumps. I followed the same recipe and the results were not consistent. I will give it another shot in my next month's batches with different amounts to see if that makes any difference.

Good
I use this powder to brush my teeth with since I have too many sensitivities to toothpaste ingredients. Works great, cleans my teeth and isn't harsh or abrasive.
