We’ve had this product a couple of months now and noticed that there was lots of frosting at the top of the freezer above the first drawer and also on the outside of the top two drawers that we were having to remove. Reported to the company on several occasions. Instead of sending an engineer out they have asked us to do different things to attempt to fix the problem. There have been emails between us and the company and photographs sent by us and we are still no further forward. We’ve had to remove the excess frost on several occasions as could hardly shut the drawers. I telephoned the company 3 weeks after their last contact to us which was at the beginning of July 24 to be told they could not get the part they thought was needed and to provide more photographs! If I hadn't telephoned to ask what was happening I wonder if they’d have updated me at all. Waiting to hear from them again now as customer services have to liaise with their supervisor. Customer services and after sales is shocking. My advice is to steer well clear and spend more on a decent model.

Brought a freezer from here in January had it 5 months for it to start freezing at the top then defrost all my food then the whole freezer to freez up , having someone come out to take a look the wrong type was reported so he couldn’t continue with fixing it , now I’m going back and fourth for a stupid module number let alone if an engineer is actually gonna come and fix it after they advised me to defrost the whole freezer as apparently this type needs defrosting regularly but if this types needs defrosting regularly then your food is gonna defrost ??? Make it make sense please ! I am now left without a freezer , frozen food and have 3 children , won’t refund me. Either !

This product is really good. Compact; good, sliding shelves., with ample room. And what got my attention was the 'double' top shelf.In area space, it doesn't take up too much room.I've had it about a week now. Works well, efficient (doesn't consume much electric).BUT. I have it in my conservatory, so a small annoyance I suppose, as it's out of the way.As with most fridges/freezers, when operating they tend to make a gentle humming sound.This one also has an irritating 'squeak' which will break in. Reminds me a bit of rubbing your hand against the side of a balloon.I checked for advice, which was to make sure it was stable, and level. Which it certainly is.So yes, highly recommended. As it's brand new and working properly I'm just taking the squeaking as a minor annoyance to be tolerated.
