Why are the stage lights continuously in a rotating mode? Can I select a single animation?

Currently, you can select a single animation by using a DMX controller. However, it is can't not achieve single animation playback solely through the remote control.

Why is the image flipped after turning on the lights?

To accommodate different installation environments, we have added the image flipping function to the stage lights. You can adjust the position of the pattern by pressing the "inver XY" button on the remote control.

Why are the beams of the new stage lights a little fuzzy when they are first switched on and don't penetrate the smoke?

The lens part of the newly purchased stage light has a layer of lens protection film, which can protect the lens from being scratched when it is transported, and you need to tear off the lens protection film when you use the stage light.

Why does the remote control not respond to the stage light?

When using the remote control, please make sure to aim it at the IR interface located at the front end of the stage lights for proper control.

Why doesn't the 3D pattern shown in the video appear?

This model of stage lights requires the presence of smoke to display the 3D effect. In regular environments, it will only display pattern effects.
