Took a gamble and got a good one. Wasn't working at first with verizon but just needed to run updates, now works great. Couldn't tell it was used at all..looks 100% new = Great Buy.

At first Great, then DOWNHILL SPIRAL!!!
This phone was great at first, or so I thought. That is until one day, the screen randomly glitches as if the digitizer is busted...weird?! Well I've only had this for 3 weeks, if that, and it's getting worse and naturally becoming more and more of a pain in my @$$! Sorry but this is crazy

Worth every bit of $60 and some change!
I damaged my A71 Galaxy phone and needed to replace quickly. I did not want to spend 5 or 6 hundred dollars on another Galaxy. I took a chance and bought this TCL and wow am I impressed! Battery lasts a full day and then some. My main use is Facebook, Youtube, and play music at work. I am 42 and do not need fancy high end. If you are big into gaming and hard social media then the battery might go quicker. Talks, txt, and takes pictures as it should. My only complaint is the screen goes screwy here and there when online. Over all worth it for the middle age to older crowd or a child's first smartphone.

The phone is working fine but I’m confused because it said unlocked but the previous SIM card server is stating that there is a different sim inserted. Yet I got to use my phone for a call but I can’t use the hotspot function.

I love the phone but I didnt get any kind of booklet with it. not happy about that. I dont want to return it I just got it turned on today so what can I do I reported that it has a crack and no one has gotten back with me

My advice if you don't use Verizon don't buy this device.
The phone is from Verizon However it was not shipped with a Verizon SIM CARD and you will need Verizon SIM card to set up the device. I got a Verizon SIM thinking that I would just need the SIM CARD to set up the device NOPE that didn't work. My advice if you don't use Verizon don't buy this device.

primero tenia fallas pero ya cuando se descompuso y lo lleve a reparar resulta que te vende el 30xl el cual solamente tiene 64 gigas y es mas economico
