Lots of Options for Comfy Fit
This is a great kit to make the Quest Pro more comfortable. I had brutal forehead pain from wearing the Pro with its normal pads for even a half hour. My head is longer than average from to back and the front pad's radius of curvature was too large for my forehead, so all the pressure concentrated in the middle. I had to use the strap at maximum extension and it still squeezed my head. Using this kit the way it's intended was still causing my head to be squeezed too much. I blame my weird head shape and not the kit. However, I was able to use pieces from this kit to mod up my headstrap to where I can now wear it for hours without any problems. For others who may have the same "long head" issue, I popped off the back pad and removed the rigid plastic piece altogether. I used a sticky velcro strip where the plastic was instead and then stuck on one of the pads from this kit onto the velcro (one of the narrow ones) I also replaced the front forehead pad with another pad from this kit, which is much thicker and softer than what it comes with. The kit is very high quality and gives you lots of options even if it won't work (as in my case) exactly as intended it has so many parts, it makes it easy to come up with something custom that'll work for you. The design is well thought-out and will probably work as intended for most people.

It makes a very good difference in terms of comfort. It's great that you include both types of materials. It makes it so that in any case we find the material that is most suitable for us. I preferred the material that is sort of fabric and looks like the index valve. I also like that we can choose between the types of installations. We can choose to install or not the front or back plates. The strap distributes the weight well and allows us to feel less pressure on the forehead which I normally feel after playing for a few hours. Thanks to this kit I was able to extend my gaming sessions .As for the parts, I felt that they were of good quality. In summary I love this kit and I could not do without it. Reduced forehead pressure and extended gaming sessions with this one.

Forehead pressure gone!!! (v2 is now available!!)
I have a QuestPro with a tracker on the forehead. To withstand the forward weight, I had to tighten the dials. That caused chronic headaches...A single belt eliminated all pressure! It is worth the $40.The cloth forehead pad is breathable and cool. Very comfortable.I opted for the rubber pads because I needed the grip against forward Tracker's weight. The only major issue is that the holes in the forehead pad are little loose. It takes very little force to dislodge the pad. While in use, it does not fall out because of the forward pressure, but when carrying the HMD with the parietal belt, I worry that it will fall out. Please make the hole a little tighter.Postscript:The forehead pad keeps falling off!I followed the instructions in the introduction video, but the plastic claws are not well secured, and when I hold the headband and move it, it easily falls off and drops the HMD.I am now using adhesive tape to hold the forehead pad in place, but it seems to eventually fall off unless I use glue.PS.v2 is now available!!In v2, the forehead pad has been improved, so that it is less likely to fall off! (A great improvement!).Also, a cushion strap and a non-slip silicone cover for the back head has been added!(Need to search for Globular Cluster on Facebook and join their Discord)With the v2 upgrade, this strap has become my favorite product.I hope they continue to make attractive accessories in the future.PS.PS.I bought replacement forehead pads because they had become soiled with sweat. You can request the purchase of paid replacement forehead pads on the official Discord.(if they are in stock).

Game changing
If you’re not sure whether to get — just get it.I just got out of my first session using the new pads and head strap. I wore my quest pro for 2 hours straight in total comfort, whereas before I would start to get sore and uncomfortable after 30 minutes.High quality, thoughtful construction, easy and clear instructions, multiple options for the different parts! I settled on the cloth forehead pad, leather head pad and padded strap.Literally game changing. Extremely worth the price, would buy it again in a second.

!!Warning!! Early Quest Pro has differently spaced rear brackets.
I have a very early (dev kit) model of the Quest Pro. The holes on the rear pad are not as far apart as those in the rear pad from Globular Cluster and this will not fit.Miraculously, someone has posted an adapter if you have a 3d printer. I have a 3d printer and will try this out. It's on printables: 401811-quest-pro-rear-pad-offset-bracketsUpdate: I was able to modify the 3d model to make an adapter. It snaps on securely, though with a tad less clearance from front to back. Luckily my head isn't very big and it's not a problem. This kit is much more comfortable than the original.

Best mod kit.
This is probably the best comfort mod kit out for the Quest Pro. It comes with both pairs of fabric and PU leather front and back. I think the back makes the most difference as it's bigger and cups the back head relieving more pressure from the front. The bigger back also makes lining up on the charger dock so much easier, it's drop and charge without any fuss. I am currently using the fabric front and back as it's a bit thinner and more comfortable but you can't go wrong with the PU leather or a combination of both either. As for the middle stap, I choose not to use it as I didnt feel the need for it. It's an added option for those that need even more support or to alleviate more pressure from the forehead. Overall it's a great kit and investment if you spend alot of the on the Quest pro.
