Non posso affermare con certezza che sia merito dello shampoo, ma con me è andata così. L'ho usato con costanza, seguendo le indicazioni presenti nella confezione. Al tatto i capelli, durante il lavaggio, non risultano per niente soffici, necessitano di un balsamo, che comunque uso sempre, a prescindere. Tra l'altro non ho acquistato il balsamo della stessa linea, ma ho usato il mio solito.
