Lonely Planet Denmark

No longer a good resource
Formatting of the guide is different than previous Lonely Planet guides. Find it to be quite worthless. Reads more like a travel blog with mentions of places to visit, but there’s no details about the places. There’s no summary of the sites, no contact information such as websites, hours, or prices. I know these details constantly change and require travel guides to be constantly updated, but it is helpful, and now no longer included. There’s no highlights or “top experiences”, nor ratings on what you should definitely see versus may just be interesting. It really just seems to be a summary of some of the top places, but no longer a useful comprehensive guide. If this is the way Lonely Planet is going to start writing and formatting their guides, I wouldn’t recommend them anymore. Just do good internet research and read travel blogs, because that’s all you’re getting in these books, and internet research is free.

Packed travel guide
I've always looked to Lonely Planet guides as the place to start planning any travels. This brand new Denmark edition is great.... Absolutely packed with information in a very neat sized and portable format. The fold out map of Copenhagen at the back is a great idea.
