ROVOGO Shower Panel Tower System - Use 4 Functions at the Same Time: Rain Shower, Handheld, Body Jets and Tub Spout, 304 Stainless Steel Shower Column with Height Adjustable Shower Arm, Brushed

I recently remodeled a basement bathroon with block walls and was looking for something that didn't need recessed valve assemblies and still looked decent. This fit the bill perfectly.Pros:Simple installation. I ended up drilling a small hole to feed my unit from the top with 3/8" lines due to there being no way to plumb down the tiled block wall.The hooks to hang the unit have a nice spring to them and lock it to the wall securely. I did add a few dots of silicone just to make it extra secure, but this really isn't necessary.The body wash jets are absolutely lovley. Their spray is heavier than a mist, but not overly forceful. They create a nice warm place to stand in an otherwise very cold shower.Cons:There is a bit of work to do to ensure the plumbing is sufficiently secured out of the box. This is rather fidly work, and probably isn't for everyone due to the sharp edges on the back and how easy it is to overtorque or break the fittings.The stainless is a bit thin and it struggles to support the included rainfall shower head. (I personally don't care for this type of head so it's not an issue for me)Water usage by the body wash jets is significant. (~4 GPM) This function likely will not work for you if you're using an on demand hot water system. If you would like to do the calculations to see if your heater will work, the equation is: BTU= GPM * 500 * ∆T (temperature difference from input to output in farenheit)Other thoughts:The stainless used on this unit is a bit thin, but is crucially non-magnetic. There is no evidence of corrosion after a month of daily use.Temperature control does have a failry large deadband in the top end of the hot range. I actually appreciate this as I can get exclusively hot water from this unit.This may not be the best choice for a family with rowdy children as parts of it are more fragile then I'd like to see. That being said, this unit is still an excellent value for the money. If this unit had slightly thicker stainless and brass/stainless fittings rather than plastic it would be a 10/10 and I'd gladly pay for those upgrades.

The media could not be loaded.  Overall, we are happy with this product. We purchased two of them for a shower remodel. We must've caught a bad inventory time because the initial delivery was long. When they arrived, one was dented. No problem, return and reorder. The second order showed up the wrong color. No problem, return and reorder. Finally received the right color in time to finish the remodel. This is NOT completely brushed nickel. The unit itself is brushed nickel but all other fittings and heads are chrome. We didn't really care but if you expect brushed nickel, you're not getting it. Also you can only get water out of one place at a time. Naively, I thought the rain head and the jets could work at the same time. Negative. You get water out of one place only. If you watch the video, you will see we installed a separate rain head in the middle so we can run two sets of jets and the rain head so it's ok. If you're only installing one of these, it will make for an interesting shower. The jets are nice but you don't get a powerful spray out of them. It's more of a light spray, stronger than a mist, but not a real jet (I'm thinking of those multiple setting garden hose nozzles when I say this). Finally, if you have anything like the setup we have, you will need more hot water. We are thinking of putting in an instant hot water heater. The "water park" as we call it sucks the hot water. Like I said, overall I'm happy with the purchase in our situation. If we didn't have the multiple units and really cared about the brushed nickel finish, I probably would be less than pleased.

Overall very pleased with this panel. Looks great and pressure is great, even when using rainfall, handheld, and body jets together. Although instructions on hanging are fairly good, they are not clear as to where the panel should rest on the hangers. Contacted company and they were quick to respond - panel should rest where the hangers bend into the wall. Wall anchors provided were not long enough to penetrate through quarter inch ceramic tile and half inch green board. I used my own. Fairly solid install, but panel can be moved horizontally. Doesn't lock in place. Now, the biggie and reason for 4 stars.......the flex tube connecting the top and middle body jets has no slack and interferes with connecting the handheld tube to the handheld holder. After several attempts that all resulted in cross threading I purchased 3/8 inch flex tubing and replaced this segment. Easy modification and I gave myself enough slack to install handheld tubing correctly. Not sure if this would be the case for all units sold. This unit also does a straight mix of hot and cold. If you need to work on just one supply line, be sure you shut off BOTH lines. While this panel may not be 100% perfect, what is? I would recommend and very happy with final install and function.

Love this product! Amazing value for price! I looked all over for one where you could use multiple functions at once and this is the only one I found where each function has its own nob to turn on and off however you like which is my favorite part! So I can use as many combinations I like, and I’m impressed by the water pressure it maintains. 10/10 would recommend. I also like how the shower head and removable shower head were simple to attach and therefore would be simple to replace on the future if need be.

This is absolutely the easiest way to plumb in a new shower fixture you will ever find.It's been in use for almost a year and it looks exactly the same as the day it was installed.Nice finish and the rain shower is an absolute delight.I don't really use the jets but the wand is a nice feature.

We bought this product when we build the house in 2020, and we still practically use it everyday, not one single issue with the unit, no leaks, would definitely buy again in a heart beat.

The media could not be loaded.  Update 2.... what amazing customer service!! They are working to solve this problem and sending another replacement shower head... I would not hesitate to buy anything from this company seeing their commitment to customer service! THANK YOU ROVOGO!!!after 2 months the plastic piece for the rain shower head partially popped off and now most of the water leaks in a blob out the side. Unfortunately for me, we tiled around it, trusting that it would last a long time. See photo and video.I am hoping I can get a replacement head for this shower but I would not recommend it at this time.UPDATE: Customer service was excellent and Rovogo shipped a new one... unfortunately the same thing happened again. If there was a steel one, I would buy that to replace the plastic head that keeps popping off. It looks beautiful and the company sent me a replacement, but I would love an option for a steel shower head with no plastic parts.

Shower head broke after two years, and I have tried to contact the seller, for a replacement.No answer yet? I will not buy anything again from this seller, made in China.

I am not sure how this got such high ratings unless they were purchased. I would have gave it less stars if I could. Both the hot and cold hoses leaked and I had to purchase extra ones for $45. The plumber had a hard time installing due to bent pieces Which then cost me more money. The only thing going for it is it looks nice. Customer service was non existent. They inquired about why I was unhappy and haven’t heard from them since. Do not buy this product!
