no, the yeti microphone is powered by USB and also routes its audio via USB. you won't physically be able to plug it into this.

Will this improve my Zoom calls?

Completely depends on what microphone you have, this tool simply makes your microphone louder without having to have high gain, basically removing all the static noise in the background.

Does it work without phantom power? can i use my sm58 ?

This requires phantom power but thats not for the microphone it's to power the cloudlifter itself.
