Fresh and wonderful taste!!!
Just received my dried lotus root today! This company provides the packed date instead of expiration dates, and this batch was packed in March 2024. It's very fresh, with another two years until expiration. I used it to make a side dish, and it turned out wonderfully, with an amazing taste!

Unappetizing Dusty “Archived” Mess
This arrived looking like it’d been found in the back of a warehouse behind a filing cabinet after languishing since Elvis’ untimely death. There was no way to convince myself that these were “food” and not leftover construction spacers. To quote my old friend Ben Corbin, “I ain’t Putin’ my mouth on that.” …and no returns.
