Sharp! Low cost compared to others
Excellent quality and very sharp! You can not beat the price on this carving knife compared to high end knives. The handle is of good quality as well for how it is designed and put together.

Only used once, but it made easy work of the prime rib roast. Nice comfortable grip and very sharp. Would definitely recommend.

Makes Me Feel Like A Pro
This knife is amazing. Feels really good in the hand. Who needs a slicing machine when you have this slicing monster. Sliced up some cold ham paper thin. I think this knife will last a good long time as long as I keep it out of the dish washer. I think a dish washer ruins the wood handles on these knifes. So wash by hand and put this baby back in the box for the next cook.

I cook brisket atleast once a month and have always just used a standard kitchen knife to cut them up but a regular knife is very much thicker and v shaped and the cuts are inconsistent. The cost along with the quality has been perfect and now I can slice and dice making everything nice. Looks like I know what I’m doing now. Wash it. Dry it and put away. Don’t let it air dry and leave spots. That’s how u ruin any decent knife

A MUST HAVE FOR BRISKET OR LARGE SLABS OF MEAT
Headline almost says it all. I was super impressed at the quality and sharpness of this knife. I buy large chunks of meat, usually like IPB brand, that weight in at 13-18 pounds. I like thick pieces of steak to sear and/or blacken the outside and get a perfect mid-rare center. Most of my cuts are 1" to 1 1/4" thick. My household kitchen knife set is just not long enough to make good cuts without sawing through one side and then the other. This knife made cutting steaks so easy and flawless that I am thing of ordering another one to have as a spare. Order one, you will not be disappointed.
