I like the ingredients in this supplement. They’re an easy to swallow size with no aftertaste. I haven’t had any adverse effects from it.

The ingredients should all be great for the body, generally-speaking, including powerful antioxidants and anti-inflammatories, and could have just as easily been marketed for digestive health, joint health, or skin health as for histamine-blocking. While my allergies have been mostly mild while taking these, there have been a few days where I have experienced heavy rhinitis from sunrise to sunset, so I can't say with any certainty that these pills have been helpful in blocking the histamine responses which I believe cause my allergies. Worthwhile for general health, at least.

Only need to take 1 pill per day works great

I am not sure which ingredient my system objected to, buy I had stomach cramps every time I tried the product. May work for others, just not me. Price was great though!

I daily take D-Hist to manage my allergies, which supposedly has exactly the same ingredients as this supplement. I started having allergies again as soon as I started taking this supplement. It was completely ineffective. I repurchased D-Hist and feel great again. Don’t waste your money on this product.

Good stuff. I have food allergies and I can’t pinpoint what it is. Even water sometimes makes my nose run. Anyway- I figured this would be a good supplement to introduce to my routine sometimes. It didn’t cause drowsiness for me and I’m prone to the sleepies after taking Benadryl ( I’m aware it has other stuff). This would be something I would consider this again. Arrived fully sealed.

Often I cannot be sure if a supplement is making a difference, but with "Histamine Defense", I noticed considerable relief the second time I took it. The weather was especially humid and while watching TV in the evening, I became very wheezy and short of breath. I took one capsule and I experienced relief rather quickly. I particularly like the ingredients in this supplement - Vitamin C, Quercetin, Stinging Nettle power, and Bromelain, all of which I've taken before in some form without any issues. There are 120 capsules per bottle and if you take the recommended daily dose of 1 per day, that is a four month supply for $29.99 (price at the time of this review). That makes it a good value from my point of view.
