These are sturdy and great for practicing. My only issue is that the practice boards are harder to break than actual boards.

My daughters love to use them to practice at home.

Purchased these for my nephew's 8th birthday present. He loves hitting & kicking these in his Taekwondo class. After he opened, him & his sister spent about an hour playing with these.

These are definitely sturdy! Hard to break! My only complaint was had some mark on them that didn’t look quite brand new

The paddles were great but the boards were way too stiff and we could not break them.
