Tears flowed and flowed...... The bike arrived damaged from the manufacturer. Would highly recommend to buy from a local dealer! The Stacyc product itself (the new one we got) is wonderful. The battery lasts a long time, our son will have plenty of use over the years, it has 3 speeds, and offers lots of fun.
