Kent: A Dog Walker's Guide - 20 Countryside Dog Walks with Lots of Off-Lead Time

I bought this as a small anniversary gift for my husband in February. So far we have done 4 of the walks and are working through the book and increasing our mileage. The walks are very accurate and easy to follow and have taken us to parts of Kent we have never visited before. We highly recommend Oare which takes you along The Swale with views to the Isle of Sheppey with wonderful birdlife and scenery. Yesterday we enjoyed the walk and a lovely afternoon at Hythe where we were surprised at the seafront and variety of vans selling wonderful food including crab sandwiches etc. The Isle of Oxney walk is mainly through farmland where we encountered rather aggressive shetland ponies and a small paddock of lively alpacas!! We are looking forward to our next walk.

Great book, good layout and as a gift was greatly appreciated by my daughter. She is currently planning with friends to follow the routes and enjoy some great walks with their dogs.

I really like these books, well written and clear instructions, very useful when visiting new areas with your four legged friends, great to find places of interest you will all enjoy and usually details of a welcome pub for a well deserved pint what more could you ask for :)

I really like the way this book reads and the way it is laid out. The walks are interesting and it is good to know when your dog can be let off the leash as signage on the waks is not always great.

Arrived quickly. Has lots of walks to do and each walk was described in easy to follow instructions. Will do a lot of these walks in the Summer.
