My doctor asked me to try berberine tolerance. Product worked great first few days but then went bad. I took one pill a day in am.. Severe bloating and acid reflux as expected when tolerance is exceeded. So thinking I might be able to handle this 1-2 times a week.

It is a powerful tool to keep the blood glucose level in check. Unfortunately, it also contains black pepper, which supposedly enhances absorption, but is also a powerful anti-androgenic as it inhibits the action of the enzyme 5-alpha-reductase which converts Testosterone into its more potent form Dihydrotestosterone (DHT).
