The disc tray won't open. I bought it as a gift more than 30 days before giving it to the recipient, so can't return it. Any ideas how to fix it?

It will open.. it gets stuck. try using the edge of a knife, credit card or something flat and thin to slightly pry it open. This was an issue on mine as well, but I realized the flaw and mentioned it in my review. Once you get it open, just remember to slide it in gently, otherwise it will get stuck again. Had they placed some sort of grip on the pull tab, this would not be much of an issue since it would be easier hold tightly.

Why isnt my planetarium projector not rotating? I returned the first one I bought and the replacement is not rotating either. Can someone help me.

all I know is the middle button on the projector controls the rotation. It rotated right away when I plugged it in. Try pressing twice or holding it in for a few seconds to see if it rotates.
