The educational program I work with requires that I use this product. I like it because it only has to sit on a surface for 1 minute and because it does not have a strong odor.

When using any cleaner always read the directions for recommended wet time for disinfection. When it come to a household cleaner the disinfecting wet time could be 4, 7 or even 10mins. Oxivir only has a 1min for basic disinfecting and it's not as harsh on surfaces and is safe on skin (of course there is always people who have different levels of allergies and you should never clean without gloves). This product is used in hospitals all over and is replacing an older cleaner that is also hydrogen peroxide based called alpha, which needs a 7-10min wet time to disinfect. I use it on all of my hard surfaces, but if you use it on kitchen counters or any food contact surface always wipe with a damp cloth to get up any residue (this product is not recommended for food contact surfaces). Works great in the bathroom and doesn't smell too bad. I've deoderised the carpet in one of my rooms with it. When you spray it on something and it bubbles a little bit you know you've got something nasty. Always follow usage instructions for any cleaner, it can shock you how your using cleaners wrong and not really doing any cleaning except dusting.

I use to use this stuff when I worked in a hospital. It cleans really well with no smell. Drying takes about a minute to be effective but it works. No leakage and was a decent price when I bought it. It's hypoallergenic but I would recommend you use gloves .

I used this to spray the cage and the area a kitten was in that had ringworm. I used this for 6 weeks and am getting ready to use it again now that the kitten no longer has ring worm. This stuff kills ringworm spores on contact. Spray it on and let it dry. If you use this for animal enclosures, remove the animal and let the area dry and air out before you put the animal back.

no vino con el spray, pero creo que el producto debe ser bueno por eso le doy 4 puntos, ademas esta muy pesado para manejarlo con una mano, pero deberian actualizar la foto que tiene spray

Love using this product to clean my entire house! Safe for pets which is why I got it in the first place.

I like the smell. I actually wish it was stronger. It's affordable and gets the job done of cleaning my sinks and toilets.
