I first saw this book in Puglia ata cooking school very good recipes and it was in great condition!

This book, Puglia In Cucina, about the foods of Puglia is wonderful. But not only is it a great cookbook it is also a means by which one can learn Italian since each recipe is printed in English and Italian. The book is also a great source of photographs of Puglia.

When a cookbook has recipes with horse and donkey meat you know it's authentic Puglian recipes. Many easy recipes that give instructions and ingredients in Italian and English side by side.

Beautiful beautiful book. Love the recipes in Enlgish and Italian and the photos are so lovely. We just returned from vacation in Puglia and loved it. The book helps keeps the happy (and yummy) memories alive!

Beautifully photographed w/recipes in both Italian and English. A "must have" book for those who love the foods, traditions, countryside and people of this very special part of Italy.

Great read

An excellent introduction to a little-known regional cuisine.

This is a nicely presented book with gorgeous photos of the region and the food. Sadly the recipes are just not detailed enough. Too many rely on pre-made components. The choice of recipes is a bit bizarre. No main courses call for chicken, for example. There is a recipe for donkey though, should you need one.
