Item was totally different from the shown image. Doll in the Image is beautiful but he doll received is horrible. This is the first Worst experience with Amazon in these years, totally worst product they have sent me. There is no return policy only replacement is available. I did that too and as a replacement I got the same horrible doll. Very disappointing experience from Amazon.
