I Purchased these timbers when we want to convert or regular switches two dimmers. I decided to go with a WIRELESS type Denmark and these were the cheapest available. I installed 10 of them and out of the 10 only one failed over the six months. Otherwise the other ones all work well and the app is easy to use. I think for the price you can’t go wrong because if you were to buy just a regular dimmer without wireless capability at the local store, it would be double what one of these costs. I think this is a good buy

The media could not be loaded. There were no reviews when I bought this, but the Lutron Caseta Diva just came out and finally looks better than the Levitons with their cheap looking plastic and green lights (Regular Casetas also look high quality, but they’re uglier than Levitons). Before I spent a fortune on the new Casetas, I thought I’d give these a try.First, they look great. By any metric they are nicer than Levitons. I got the touchpad type ones and in was worried that function wouldn’t work that well, but if you know where the sensitive area is, they work great.The app is decent. It lets you configure minimum dimming to avoid flicker on some lights that don’t like being dimmed too low. You can configure ramping time. There are scenes, timers, and schedules (I haven’t tried these). All in all, I can’t see a reason to buy any other smart dimmer over these unless you don’t like the aesthetic. The covers that come with it are very slim (like Levitons), so if you have wider openings in your wall you might need to get midway covers (I use Eatons).I had just convinced myself that the casetas are worth it because they aren’t WIFI but I might end up using half these and half casetas in the house. If these were Zwave or Zigbee I’d replace the whole house with them.A couple weeks later: still working good. My lights can dim all the way to 1% and these dimmers handle it pretty well. At very very low dinning I can see the light isn’t completely steady but it’s not a real “flicker,” and my wife can’t notice it at all. And by the way, you can use any Tuya app with these. I have them in Tuya Smart Life and integrated into Home Assistant. Next step will be seeing if they can work with local Tuya or even flashing them to use with esphome.

Had some issues with connectivity on this item a year later and ELEGRP took care of it. I'm doing a whole home remodel so I'm using their Smart switches and dimmers and their plugs as well as their type C/USB plugs throughout my house.

Thus is the only black switch. Initially I received a problematic one get was replaced. The new works great and well integrates with Alexa. I’m very pleased

Purchased this switch as it appeared really neat with matte finish in white and the digital dimmer. Installation was pretty straightforward too. I used the switch for 2 weeks when I connected it to Google Home.On the 15th day, the switch has gone offline on google home and the ELEGRP Home app does not even link with Google Home anymore. Big inconvenience as I would like to use google assistant to control the lights without having to open the elegrp app every time to control the switch. I reached out to Product Support/Customer Service and they gave standard instructions to reset which won’t work. Very disappointed with the product as it looked neat and promising only to not work with google home. (I also tried linking with Alexa and it doesn’t seem to work either) Will have to return the product unfortunately.

I bought and changed my complete home set to dimmers and switches. The smart dimmer doesnt work properly on 3 way switches at all and make too much problem. One of the dimmers was faulty and there is no customer service to support. I called amazon and they said to return the full pack as it comes in a pack of multiple switches. as I installed all of them so could not return and had to keep the faulty one. similarly I tried to contact the company and they didn't respond either. Now I have 4 dimmers useless as three of them cant work on 3 way switches and one is anyways faulty and I can do anything with it. Beware when you are buying considering these issues.

Dimming works freat, very simple to install better thing is does not requires neutral wire... for people like me libing in older houses works great... no flicker with my led panels...
