Overall worked well, some minor problems with the hat and booties...
Overall we really liked the Suzzipad. The cold packs slide into the mitts and booties easily. The mitts fit really well... the booties are a little small and we bought the larger size so be forewarned. My husband wears a size 11 shoe normally, average width feet. His feet do fit in these, just barely, but because he barely fits them, it's hard to get the heel cold pad into its pocket (not that I think that particular cold pack is vital anyway). If your feet are bigger than Men's 11, I think you might struggle with the booties. The cold packs are nicely packaged in separate storage bags which makes it easy to freeze them and keep them all together and since it's a thick plastic, you can write your name on it easily for cold storage at your chemo facility. They stay very cold for at least an hour, but I recommend getting two sets of these anyway, because delays occur frequently and we often have to change out cold packs mid-infusion. I'm on the fence about the hat. It can't be frozen, only refrigerated and it doesn't stay cold as long. What I end up doing is having him wear one for about 10-15 minutes, then I pop it into our cooler and stuff it full of the spare ice packs and put the second hat on him for 15 minutes. I continue this rotation throughout the infusion. I also bought additional small ice packs to put under the hat during later rotations. The hat is comfortable and easy to put on. All pieces seem to be well constructed and so far have been doing the job. I would purchase again.

Amazing
One of the best products I've bought through Amazon. Love my cold pads

Improvements required
My wife uses them during here chemo when they inject here the most toxic compound to avoid peripheral neuropathy. The head cover is useless, it warms up in 15 minutes and does not help in anything whatsoever. I am in charge of filling the socks and gloves with the cold stuffs and while the hands are quite easy to manage if you bend carefully the thumbs, the socks are a real pain in the butt. I don't understand why there are no zips to keep the heel in place and to fill the sole in. To put the frozen sole inside the sock, you must bend the frozen sole pad a lot as the opening is right in the middle of the sock's sole and you must push that big frozen thing in 2 sections of the sock, why not set the opening at the toes with a zip? Now, the frozen heel pad is a real bummer, it does not stay in its "pocket", when you put the socks on, it is in the way and pops out of the pocket straight away and putting it back to stay is a chore. A zip would help tremendously to keep that bugger in place. If your "toxic" chemo is more than 30 minutes, you must have a spare frozen pad set as they thaw in about 30 minutes.

Great mitts and booties.
Not exactly a fashion statement :) but who cares? I mean, I’m bald, after all, but spared any signs of neuropathy. Before your chemo infusion you just pop them into the freezer overnight and travel with them in their nifty little freezer bag to your infusion appointments. Before putting them on, I would set up my headphones and audio book (impossible to do so after you put them on) and don two pairs of fluffy socks on my hands and feet, then the suzipads. My feet are LARGE (size 11s) and they fit fine. Just fyi, you can’t walk in the booties. Just slip them off for brief moments to take care of business, then slip them back on for the rest of the infusion period. Mine came with a cool cap as well. It is not intended for hair preservation, but very effective for relieving headaches.

Missing parts
Incomplete order. The socks and sock inserts are missing. The gloves and cap seem good. I am a chemo patient and needed the socks/inserts so it’s disappointing that the order was incomplete and don’t feel like returning everything

They work.
They work. Just pure a barrier on your fingers. When in the gloves. I use them every session. The cold cap doesn't stay cold as long as the hands and feet because they are more ice packed. Not the cold foam (I think that's what it's made of). But it works for the time. If your bald, I'll suggest a barrier between your head and the cap just like the hands. For your feet I wear thin socks and them the pads. Get a isolated lunch bag to place them in when traveling to and from. Overall I am glad I have these for my treatment. Praying it continously help me to prevent neuropathy. Health is Wealth everyone. PRAYS!

Good Product and Customer Service
My set came with 2 pairs of mits and no gloves. I contacted the company directly, because I was set to start chemotherapy within a few days and didn't have time to return the item to Amazon. SuzziPad resolved my issue by just sending me a pair of socks, free of charge, so that I could at least have what I was able for my first treatment. The product works as expected. The mits (and socks now) stay cool enough for about an hours treatment before needing to change ice packs. The ice cap does not last as long, but that was to be expected. I would say the ice cap stays cool for about 15-20 minutes before you should think about changing it out.Good product, overall, and great customer service. Very happy customer.

Incomplete package....
No cap included, no socks included. The only thing in the package was mittens, with two sets of gel packs for the mittens. I desperately needed these and believed the package picture that they would all be there...missed having them for chemo treatment.... now here it is two weeks later.... and I'm losing my hair.....UGH! Another treatment coming up.... now what?
