BetterYou DLux+ Vitamin D+K2-12ml (Pack of 2)

I'm not sure if the flavour of these has changed since the last time I used it or if it's because I used a different brand I'm between.Either way, it is well palatable and doesn't leave any strange after taste or bitterness etc.I take b12 along side a plethora of other vitamin, mineral and supplements.B12 is best given in spray form as it provides superior absorbency.This brand was actually recommended to me by a vegan friend as vegans usually struggle to get enough b12 in their diet naturally.

I only realised after tearing open the packaging that you needed to take three sprays per day to reach the 3000 IU daily dose. Their 4000 IU spray, which admittedly is "just" D3, is 15 ml and needs just 1 spray/day. This is 12/ml and runs out three times faster. Seems like this is 1/5 as potent (considering just the D3 component).

I was recommended these and the ache in my bones in my knees have gone. Took about 6 weeks but it works. Best keep a pump that works as some of these don't . So keep a good one

Product great (as had before) but BOTH bottles pump jammed after about 2 days use. Had to pour contents into the old bottle to use. Won't buy again from this supplier as clearly a faulty batch. One would be a random fault but 2 means bad batch.

My new "can't live without" product. I can't believe how I've gone this long without it. My sleep, digestion and mood have been the bigest positive changes I have felt almost instantly when I take this. My only wish is that they start to make this in a larger spray bottle.

This is easier for my son to take as he is deficient in vitamin d. This has K2 as well which is even better. Will buy again.

I was mildly vitamin d deficient (like many people in uk) so need a daily supplement. This is so easy and pleasant to use so I actually remember to take it every day! Better than tablets

I’ve no idea how effective this is however it comes highly recommended. The only issue is the ghastly artificially over sweet flavor.
