Durable, Balanced, Affordable
Removed .5 of a millimeter of aluminum from the entire working face of a 3040 table and am still able to use the bit for non-aggressive cuts in wood.

Cuts clean and is very sharp.
I have been using this on plexiglass and it cuts very nice. Make sure you test before you start cutting to get your speed right. Cuts clean and is very sharp..

I LOVE THIS BIT!
I am amazed, and very pleased with his bit! I used it to rout two channels in 1/4" Plexiglass. It cut fast, and smooth, with NO chatter or tearing. I will use it on other materials, but for now- it's my go -to bit for plexiglass!HIGHLY recommended!

Good value.
Nice, consistent bits with a coating that is intended to reduce heat buildup and extend the life of the cutting edge. The bits are machined consistently. Nice spirals, consistent cutting edges and a sharp tip on each. Polished shafts, really good attention to detail for the price point.

Excellent Results
If you are going to be cutting acrylic material I would recommend trying this bit. I never realized how much difference the Oflute bit can make. I was trying to use a 1/8", up cut, 2 flute end mill to cut some 1/4" thk. acrylic material. It worked so long as I was cutting small pieces one at a time. The first time I tried to cut bigger pieces with longer cuts it overheated and melted the material and just made a mess.I got this bit and tried it at 18000 rpm with 100" per minute travel speed and 1/4" depth per pass. it worked remarkedly well but it left a slightly rough (scalloped) edge. I slowed the travel speed to 80" per minute and reduced the pass depth to 3/16" per pass and it cut extremely well and left a very smooth edge. I am going to order another one of the 1/4" bits and also (2) 1/8" bits. I don't know how well these work in other materials but right now I am cutting a fair amount of acrylic. I am going to experiment with these bits on some aluminum as well as wood just to see what they will do.

Works very well in acrylic -- is NOT 1/8" diameter
Got this bit to cut acrylic on the CNC. It cuts very well and cleanly so that is a plus. However, this bit is not 1/8" diameter. I spent a great deal of time dialing in settings and design for a piece that required high precision and was becoming very confused as to why I was not getting the as-designed dimensions for pockets and holes and wondering why I was having to modify the design with larger circles than what were being cut so that I could get the required dimensions. Then I measured the bit -- it is 0.1125" diameter rather than the as-stated 0.125" diameter, a full 10 mils off the nominal dimension. I was able to compensate but this is not an acceptable practice. If the bit is 2.85 mm, sell it as 2.85 mm, not as 1/8". I now have a very bit-specific design and tool path because of this.

Worked fantastic milling Teflon
Had a cnc job that needed to cut 1 inch deep profile. My mill only has 4750 rpm so was worried how this single flute design would work. Ran multiple 1/4" deep passes at 25 in/min. Chips came out clean, no melting of clogging, surface finish good. Only down side is can't plunge cut.

Junk-broke after second use!
Garbage, broke after second time I used it, I even dialed back the speeds & feeds & step down becauseit's such a small (1/32") bit. Do not buy it!
