I have gone through a lot of USBC to USB adapters in the past and a lot of them have broke. Most of the time the adapters are very flimsy and the plug does not fit snuggly into the port. However, the quality of this one is very nice! I must say, there are a lot of cheaper alternatives out there: But, for repetitive and long-term use, I definitely recommend this one.

Good value sturdy cable but did not work for my real reason to purchase, which was transferring photos from a memory stick straight to iPad Pro 2018 12.9. However I discovered it works for transferring photos and videos from iPhone or other iPad straight to iPad Pro 2018. UPDATE!—- I’ve also discovered another use for this adapter, which could be useful for all those who have keyboard IRig Pro and are trying to figure out how to use it with iPad Pro 2018. The IRig normally connects to an iPad via mini din to lightning connector cable supplied, but because 2018 iPad Pro only has usb-c, that doesn’t work, but the way round it is to use, in my case, the charging cable supplied with my Kindle Fire HD. It fits to the side IRig port, straight to the Amazon Female adaptor I have just purchased. Works beautifully.
