HDLが低くて運動を続けても上がらなかったが、20mgのリコピンを服用したら40が47までアップしました。ずっと40か41だったのでびっくり。アスタキサンチンを併用すると3倍くらいの力がでるらしいので、試してみようと思っでいます。
