The World-Bio Hot/Cold Gel Packs are so handy to have around the house for those just in case emergencies. It's definitely better than putting ice cubes in a bag. The gel packs support both hot and cold applications though I only use it for the cold. The size of it is just right for holding it in your hand and pressing where you need it. The box shows an expiration date of Nov 2025 but not sure why.

Order includes a large gel pack and detailed instructions for cold and hot applications. So far, I’ve used for cold therapy. After freezing, it’s still flexible and comfortable to use. Glad I selected this product to replace the frozen green pea bag I’ve been using!

These are amazing to have in the freezer. My kids use them all the time. They're a really good size and I love that it came with 4 so we can just trade them out for a new one.
