The chair was super easy to put together... less than 20 min. Other chairs were ridiculously long in construction. I love the chair. Highly recommended!!

"Executive chairs" at Staples will run you twice this much and still require a lot of fussing, so the value proposition is good here if you're willing to put the time into building it carefully. The $100 price point means the materials aren't quite as robust as they could be; be careful not to overtighten and ensure that you're doing things correctly the first time since things might not disassemble as nicely as they assemble the first time.Once built properly, the adjustments all work as intended and things are fairly stable. The chair's used by a smaller, lighter person, so these comments are with that experience in mind - weight and height may vary your mileage. Overall, satisfied with it and as stated find it a great value compared with other/brick-and-mortar offerings.

Edit: Customer service contacted me shortly after this review. Their team did a fabulous job of making sure my needs were met and that I was taken care of. While having to put in the effort to return an item this big is daunting, they made the process of fixing the issue smooth and efficient.The chair is comfortable but I wanted one that also leaned back as pictured. The chair only goes back a few degrees not 90 to 110. I will most likely be returning it to get one that does lean back further.

I bought this as a gift for my younger sister. It features a supportive design with lumbar support, ensuring comfort and proper posture during long hours of sitting. The chair's ergonomic features make it a practical and thoughtful choice for her workspace.

We purchased this chair because on one of the pictures it showed the back of the seat reclined back, up to 110 degrees, according to the picture. This is not true; the entire seat, bottom cushion included, reclines back, adjustable by a twist spring at the base front. Do not be fooled by that feature. However, it went together easily, and is overall comfortable. As my son seems happy with it as is, I did not want to tank the reviews as without this feature, it is comfortable.

Assembly was pretty easy it took me about half an hour to get together. It's decent quality and for the price I like it even more. I would say overall it's a basic chair but comfortable to sit on. I like that it has lumbar support in a headrest and I feel supportive. I would say the price correctly reflects the quality of the chair and it would be a good budget-friendly option.

3 kids and 2 adults each with desks we have a lot of these . this one is mine and very comfortable.

I wouldn’t recommend this gaming chair is you’re on the more husky side.
