Needed a little stool that could store in the bottom of a hall closet easily and I could get out for my toddler to be able to stand on to brush teeth. This is perfect. It looks really nice, wipes clean easily, is very very sturdy, and has a nice finish. I don't worry about splinters or cuts at all. A little pricey for a stool but it's worth the money.

This is a sturdy stepstool and was easy to assemble. I like how each of the steps are not only attached on their ends to the side piece, but also have a little board under each side that is attached to the side piece for extra support of the step. It seems quite sturdy, although so far I have only been letting my kids use it and they don't weigh enough to truly do a strength test of it. The height of the steps is good for my kids. It is easy to move around with nice handles on the sides.My only complaints so far are:1. The little black pieces on the feet are starting to peel off some. If this happens I will likely replace them with some strips of sticky-back velcro (soft side only), which is what I have on feet of other things in my house.2. Not a complaint so much as a note that because the steps overlap, my older daughter did have some trouble going down them one time and scraped her ankle on the top step as she was sliding her foot down onto the bottom step. She had turned around and was walking down it forward, which my kids tend to do sometimes, instead of stepping backwards to go down. I think I need to teach them to just step backward to go down it.

This step stool is something that I've been using for about a week now, and it's been a wonderful addition to my boy's everyday routine. My 2nd youngest now finds it much simpler to complete daily duties thanks to this multipurpose step stool, whether reaching the bathroom sink, getting snacks off the kitchen counter, or even using it outside. It gives him the ideal boost to take on numerous tasks autonomously.My primary priority is safety, and I'm happy to report that this step stool performs really well in that regard since the anti-slip base provides an additional degree of security, which helps my son avoid any unintentional falls or slips. So when he uses the step stool, I know he will have a solid and safe surface to stand on. And even though it says that it's only made for kids up to 3 years old, my son is 5 years old and uses it without any issue.

Assembly is very simple. Directions are clear and detailed. The stool is perfect height for my 2 year old. Sturdy and easy to wipe clean
