Exactly what I needed. The setup was easy and faster that what I thought. So far excellant product. I would recomend if you are looking for a refurbished desk top.

Exactly as described

Placed this order and 3 days later UPS ground delivered. A pleasent upgrade, ordered 3050 and received 5050. same specs, and extra USB ports. Follow their detaited setup and then when it came to connecting to WIFI. OOPS there was not Wifi/BT card installed. So on Monday I called their office in Michigan and Eric took the call, the resolution was to have Prime ship me a Wifi/BT USB dongle. I also ordered a WIFI6 internal card to have a back up plan. After the Wifi/BT usb dongle showed, it was not what I needed. So I called today (5/14/26) and talked with Tony, another perfect example of 100% customer service. He refunded me the price I paid for the internal card. When I need another computer this United PC Tek will be were I goto.

I read negative reviews and bought the Dell name. They are lucky I gave them 1 Star. It is refurbished and out of warranty. The wireless mouse and keyboard do not work. I found out since then the little USB gizmo is for that but the literature makes no mention of it. Hard wired are OK. I added a CD Drive and an external HDD and File Manager sees both of them. I took the hard drive out of my other machine and installed it using the cables in the machine to add a secondary hard drive. File Manager does not see this one. I looked up some stuff on line and tried the F2 and F12 boots. All the diagnostics came back fine. I looked into the BIOS and got nowhere. Dell charges $59 just to send the machine to them in a box they provide and then they charge $60/hr. to fix it. A local store here in town charges $100/hr. so back it goes. Spend a little more money and buy a new Dell or something similar, not a refurbished one. As a side note, this machine is much faster and bug free than the old Lenovo I had.

set up was easy and works well.

I use it for web browsing, not gaming. It has 32Gbyte ram and 500Gbyte SSD. It has a Intel Core i5-6500 CPU @ 3.20GHz. It doesn't meet all the requirements for Windows 11. It has a 5th generation CPU. Windows 11 requires an 8th generation or higher. Unfortunately I was told that Windows 10 will no longer be supported after October 14, 2025. How much longer I will be able to use the computer after that or if there are any workarounds, I don't know. Other than that I am happy with the computer. It is much more responsive than my previous 14 year old PC and can support three monitors on its two Display Port and one HDMI port.

Perfect for office work and very inexpensive.

This has been the absolute worst computer buying experience. I have bought over $100 worth of cords and adapters, and none of them work to set up my second monitor. If you plan on using 2 monitors you HAVE to buy a DP to DP cord for one screen, and then a male VGA to male VGA cable WITH an ACTIVE VGA to hdmi adapter. If its not active, it wont work. If its just a direct VGA to HDMI cable it will not work. If its a DP to a HDMI it will not work, if its an active HDMI to DP converter connecting the two, it will not work. If its anything except what I said above, it will not work. And to be honest, I DONT EVEN KNOW if the VGA cable with the adapter will even work, because I'm waiting on it to be delivered. The computer works, but it only comes with the computer and a power cord. NO OTHER CORDS INCLUDED. This has been a horrible experience and I've gotten many different answers from amazon, the seller, people, AI, and I'm still 3 weeks in with no second monitor. I really do not recommend. I wish I wouldve bought anything EXCEPT this computer.
